About Truth Firearms
At Truth Firearm, we’re dedicated to helping you obtain your concealed weapons permit in Redmond, Oregon. Our classes are designed to educate and prepare you to carry your firearm safely and responsibly. Our experience sets us apart. Many CHL classes are taught by inexperienced instructors who know little about Oregon law, use of force, and a broad range of other firearms-related topics. Both Scott Smith and I, Landon Rasmussen are combat veterans (Army and Marines) with multiple deployments. We both have competitive shooting backgrounds in 3-gun, USPSA, and long-range adventure races. We’ve both been Police Officers for 10+ years and have a broad range of experience to include SWAT, Defensive Tactics, Firearms, Narcotics, and Training. We’re also certified NRA instructors. Our class curriculum was built around this experience and offers a comprehensive and in-depth look at everything a person needs to know prior to obtaining their CHL.
